It gives seven overview articles on aspects of life and values in today's China, before introducing the selected 26 artists and their ongoing work. Born between 1975 and 1981, these young artists work in various media. The accounts of their careers are complemented by biographical summaries and high-quality illustrations from their oeuvres.
