The book tells the story of the Eurasian Association, Singapore since its inception in 1919 and covers events up until EA's centenary celebrations in 2019. It focuses on the Association's key events – formation, the War Years, struggles through independence, rebirth in the 1980s, and becoming a Self-Help Group. One important component of the book is the highlights on all the volunteers who have stepped forward to help the less privileged in the community.
