In a hard case, this is in two volumes, with over 200 selected artworks of Van I-Pong lent by museums, his friends, students and his family. The first volume focuses on Van's landscape paintings, with also paintings of bird-and-flower, figure, and collaborated works with other painters. The second volume contains mainly his finger-painted works. In additions are his bamboo carvings, his seals, and his bibliography. There are articles contributed by his son Mr Lester Van and members of the Van family, Mr Thomas Tang, and Prof Tong Kam-Tang, and an article on bamboo carving written by Van himself. This is an indispensable catalogue for the access to the art world of Van I-Pong.
