Landscapes of the Body: Reproduction, Fertility and Morality in a Papuan Society. This is an indepth ethnography of the Inanwatan Papuan people of the Birds Head area of Irian Jaya.  It tells the story of human existence from an Inanwatan perspective which presents many concepts in a physiological vocabulary.
