The 58 native and introduced vascular plants detailed in this study of Malaysian flora were chosen for their innate beauty of form, texture and color and for the diversity of their growth habit and habitat. After a general background account of the whole range of Malaysia's flora, an accurate and elegant watercolor with scientific information forms the entry for each of the species selected.
