Connie Clarkson, a Singaporean by birth, left for New Zealand as a 16 year-old. Now settled in her adopted homeland, she is, among many other things, the former owner of a celebrated restaurant in Auckland. Her grandmother and mother were formidable cooks and from them, Connie inherited her passion for food and cooking.
