A substantial volume of samplings which tries to tell the Vietnam War as it was and offers perspectives from friend and foe, victor and vanquished, POWs, soldiers, generals, policy makers, napalm-scarrred peasants, Laotians, CIA agents and also those who sat and waited.  Some 300 items from c150 persons make up the multi-dimensional resource-book which is likely to be used for many purposes.
