About This Book
The Voice of Ta Krie tells the story of twins Chea and Chanta returning to their ancestral home in the Cardmom Mountains. They meet with the legendary spirit of Ta Krie and through their adventures they learn about the importance of the forest. This book aims to help readers learn about, and appreciate the many different values of the forest and to help communities understand the importance of working together to solve problems. This is one of a series of children's conservation books produced by Save Cambodia's Wildlife, and is used in national environmental education programmes. Bilingual in Cambodian and English.
